TycoIntegrated Security is currently in search of applicants seeking full-timeemployment for our 24 / 7 Customer Monitoring Centre in Toronto.
Thisposition requires a quick learning multi-tasking individual with a positiveself-motivating attitude.
Dutiesand Responsibilities :
Theindividual is responsible for handling all incoming alarm signal activities andtaking appropriate action per instruction.
Make outbound calls in order tocontact customers, emergency contacts, and Police / Fire Departments regardingalarm activities while following standard operating procedures.
Monitor alarmsand remote access systems, telephones, CCTV camera systems
What we look for :
Education : High School degree or equivalent
Experience : Customer Service or Call Centre experience
Skills : Professional communication skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, comfortable handling potential emergency situations, have PC proficiency and type 25 wpm.
Applicants selected for interviews will be required to complete an assessment profile and typing tests on site. Excellent spoken and written English is a requirement.
Paid training (day shift training hours)
Evening and Night shift work availability to work weekends is a must
