Our partnered clients branding is to provide every customer with the highest level of customer service. A unique opportunity to work a hybrid role which will be 75% focused on Office Management and 25% HR compliance - Supporting two owners in a fast paced growing company! Do you have a strong understanding of compliance, Health & Safety and policies and procedures?

Able to support business owners with recommendations in the best interest of the company? Currently seeking an individual who has a strong understanding of Operations yet able to assist and help out with the day to day HR compliance.

Responsibilities :

Support two executives with all administrative projects

Manage employees within office

Track and manage vacations and requests

Assure company is compliant to Canadian HR policies

Assure employee files are up to date and accurate

Complete employee reviews on an annual basis

Assist Controller with Benefits Administration & ROE's

Develop Onboarding standards for all new employees joining the office

As an Office manager offer employee conflict resolution

Manage vehicle log book including licenses and manage and accident reports

Coordination of travel to trade shows for all applicable attendees

Requirements

3-5 years Office Management experience with exposure to support HR Best Practises within a workplace

Experience with setting up new employees with network connection, laptop and company phones

Driven to succeed

Experience working strategically for Operations on day to day activities

Strong communication abilities to work closely with business owner and managers

Ability to travel to trade shows when necessary >
