Accountabilities :

  • Independently works with business SMEs, finance, technology & others to assess current state processes, map out the processes, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Create future state processes that improve the customer experience and drive efficiencies for the organization
  • Identifies project sources of value, with a goal of developing a well-articulated, credible & compelling business case.
  • Creates user stories with clear descriptions and acceptance criteria clearly communicates stories to the development team
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data to assist lab in making data driven decisions.
  • Define metrics used to track success of the lab in the future (KPIs).
  • Working closely with the Navigator they are able to identify coordinate & consolidate external dependencies to deliver on the release plan.
  • Qualifications and Competencies :

    Domain Expertise

  • Demonstrable expertise in business case development. Ability to coordinate multiple inputs to build a business case & inform the release plan needed to deliver on that business case.
  • Ability to elicit and consolidate requirements from multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to have feasibility conversations with the development teams to evaluate the merit of a future state process / solution
  • Agile / Digital Experience

  • Knowledge of Agile preferred
  • Previous experience with digital teams preferred
  • Individual Skills :

  • Strong fact-finding skills someone who can quickly consume information & translate it into meaningful action including process maps, business case development, KPIs and a release plan to deliver the business case benefits.
  • Able to identify and document the happy path as well as all of the edge cases
  • Ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Effectively works in a team setting building strong relationships with a diverse set of SMEs and stakeholders.
  • Ability to produce high quality output under strict and accelerated timelines.
