Description

Provide core Workforce Central product training to Kronos customers in onsite and distance learning settings, following standard lesson plans, using training aids and equipment designated in lesson plans.

  • Ensure training is innovative, engaging and on the cutting edge of training technology.
  • Achieve and maintain certification in specific courses as directed by management.
  • Keep current on new products, industry trends, and customers training needs.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through quality delivery processes.
  • Apply adult learning principles in delivering classes.
  • Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner, to support training activities, business operations, and revenue recognition.
  • Deliver training and Train-the-Trainer courses on customized courseware.
  • Participate in customer calls, pre-sales education-related activities as requested
  • Develop customized courseware as required to meet customer specifications as approved by management.
  • Collaborate with Peers and the Courseware Development team to develop and maintain courseware to meet customer requirements.
  • Participate in the on-going refinement of team standards and processes.
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the Manager of Education Delivery.
  • Qualifications

  • Bilingual in French and English written and spoken highly preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years as a systems trainer in a similar environment.
  • Experience delivering training in both a virtual classroom and a traditional classroom is required
  • Experience working with virtual classroom tools is required; working knowledge of Adobe Connect, Articulate 360, Captivate, SnagIt or similar
  • Broad knowledge of labor management, HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product / systems preferred
  • Experience with Kronos Products is a plus.
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to work in teams or alone, influence changes, manage multiple commitments, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with adults in a classroom setting and applying adult learning theory is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills are required.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills are a must, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer care.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed, averaging 25%. Flexibility for significant travel for periods of time as needed for customer work.
