We are hiring for a bilingual recruiter for our well - know retail client located in Mississauga, the responsibilities includes identifying and reaching out to highly skilled candidates, communicating with applicants in both languages, interviewing and / or assessing candidates to ensure a great fit and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs.

Job Responsibilities :

Work with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role.

Identify and reach out to prospective candidates through LinkedIn, job sites and professional contacts.

You will be sourcing into big cities and remote areas.

The job involves 10% of social media coverage.

Primarily sourcing for retail roles such as store managers, loss prevention, etc

Identify various sources of candidates, including international organizations at colleges, professional groups.

Screen applicants through phone interviews in both required languages and qualifying them for an interview.


  • Pay is $25- $28%
  • Our client is one of the great places to work.
  • 4% Vacation pay.
  • 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
  • Work from home one day a week.
  • Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English and French) fluent in written and spoken.
  • Three years of corporate or agency experience
  • French Assessment test administered by Randstad.
  • Criminal background check administered by Randstad
