CAA Club Group, is seeking an Instructional Designer to work in partnership with the team’s Trainers to liaise with the business in the development and revision of training programs.

You will use your knowledge of and experience with current learning technologies and multimedia tools, as well as your strong written communication skills to support the development of in-

class and online programs to meet departmental training needs. Previous exposure to SAP will be a significant asset, and highly preferred.

In this role, you will be working on things like :

  • Creating eLearning modules that engage learners at multiple levels
  • Working with a variety of courseware development tools (e.g., Captivate and Storyline), as well as knowledge of other current eLearning technologies
  • Managing the end-to-end training curriculum
  • Developing effective training deliverables based on requirements and scenarios provided
  • Job Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in Adult Education or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the area of learning and development and / or adult education.

    Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with your strong analytical and computer skills will ensure success in this role.

    The ideal candidate will have the aptitude for technology, excellent organization skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative to deliver results.
