Our client is currently hiring 1 temporary full-time Tier-2 Client Services Support Technician stationed in Victoria, Vancouver Island, BC.
The contract term is one year with possibility of contract extension to another year or more.
What you'll be doing :
Provide tier 2 client services support to end users
Responsible for providing a wide range of desk-side support including PC, OS, software, and printer, etc.
Responsible for ensuring end user satisfaction
What we need from you :
2 years of relevant computer helpdesk experience in an enterprise office environment
CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts which includes evenings, weekends and holidays as occasionally required
A valid class 5 driver’s license is required
Extensive working knowledge of :
Microsoft Windows 7 and later operating systems
Common peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, etc.
TCP / IP networking
Common office applications
Microsoft Administrative tools such as ADUC,SCCM, DHCP, DNS, GPO, etc.
