About the Position :

The PS Consultants for the Consulting Services team are senior / principal consultants who complete project assignments that are consultative in nature, have a Dayforce Generalist skill set, and who possess solid business acumen and can speak up to the C-level of an organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Wholistic system Review and Optimization planning : Reviewing a client’s environment and hosting discussions with SMEs to develop and Optimization plan.
  • Running audit tools and reviewing their ticket history and config to classify their health status.

  • Module Optimization : Consulting to assess and develop and improvement plan for specific module(s)
  • General Dayforce Consulting : Working with customers to provide consulting for any of the modules within Dayforce.
  • Merger & Acquisition Consulting : Consulting with customers to help them navigate through their organization’s transformation.
  • YE Support / QE Support : For clients who are looking for access to an expert on an as needed basis for a defined period of time.
  • Product Enablement : Consulting on features and functionality that is currently not being used in the system.
  • Skills :

  • Product generalists who have broad knowledge across the entire DF system, particularly Core / Org, WFM, Payroll and Benefits.
  • Solid foundation of the interactions between modules and the downstream impact on changes in one module to another.
  • Experienced with working with small business to enterprise sized clients to conduct full system reviews and subsequently following up with doing configuration updates (or facilitating configuration updates as needed) to ensure end to end improvement and optimization of the system.
  • Experienced with troubleshooting and triaging issues and identifying configuration optimization opportunities.
  • Efficient Project Management skills to develop and track to milestones and dates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • SME for interaction between modules and the impact for downstream changes
  • Process improvement SME with demonstrated experience.
  • SQL Expert with strong understanding on the DF DB structure.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates within the project tracking, time tracking and client billing systems (e.g. NetSuite)
  • Excellent organizational skills, follow-through on tasks, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure
  • Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of industry knowledge and 3+ years of DF experience.
  • HCM experience including implementation, support and add on configurations
  • Formal Payroll training / Strong industry knowledge.
  • Strong communication and people advocate and management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationship with internal partners
  • Possess strong business acumen : driven by success and high achievements
  • Focused, high energy and positive
  • Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills applied in a constantly changing fast paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Working Environment & Physical Demands

  • General office environment or home office
  • Ability and willingness to travel to prospect and customer sites as needed
  • Must be able to work in an environment of very tight deadlines and strict requirements for accuracy
  • May be required to work beyond normal working hours to respond to client needs
  • Business conducted across time zones
  • Continuously sit at a desk for extended periods of time
  • Continuously be in front of a computer for extended periods of time
  • Typically works extended hours during December and January to meet peak volume demands.
