Brief Descriptions :
As a Programmatic Strategist, you will be responsible for the daily management of campaigns for a prestigious selection of our brands, AKA : your clients.
As part of the in-house programmatic team you will be expected to work closely with your brands as well as the media agency in order to best plan and execute our digital campaigns.
As part of your day to day, you will be responsible for campaign trafficking, budget management, optimization, monitoring and reporting, and above all this you will be a primary point of contact with both your brands and the media agency.
This role is an essential part of L'Oréal’s digital evolution.

Key Responsibilities of the Role :
Planning and executing programmatic campaigns to best meet goals and KPIs.
Daily management of precision marketing campaigns bought programmatically.
Work hand in hand with media strategy team to best execute programmatic and traditional buys in unison.
Provide communication on outcomes through campaign reporting
Set up website work streams floodlight tags, pixel creation leading to future audience creation
Collaboration with technology partner to troubleshoot any challenges.
Work as a team. Sometimes you’ll be in crunch mode and could use some help your colleagues too.
Relate your work back to business objectives of your internal clients and brands. It’s not only about media. This is an opportunity to learn the rest of the business beyond your job’s regular tasks.
Consumer centric and data-driven thinking. You like to look beyond the obvious while still taking cues from factual data points to reach potential consumers at the right moment.
Experience with an adserver such as Doubleclick Campaign Manager
Experience with DSPs required, exposure and use of Doubleclick Bid Manager expected
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
1-2 years of experience with programmatic media trading including : bid management, Digital Ad ops, A-Z campaign management and reporting
A proactive attitude. We’re a team, but you’ll need to be able to work independently too.
Be a problem solver, without having a fear for asking for help and guidance.
HTML and / or Java experience
Ad Ops experience
