  • Our client is looking for a Director Product and Pricing to join their team. This individual will have to be ready leading a financial product team that challenges the status quo;
  • someone who is prepared to step up and create an innovative customer led product strategy; and more than ready to take unique skill set and experience to another level, and become the driving force behind a product strategy and team.

    The Director Product and Pricing will be responsible for owning and implementing the product and service fee development strategy.

  • This person will develop and manage a product development plan, and monitor its execution and compliance with corporate objectives;
  • will be accountable to ensure product development best practices are implemented and aligned with business and market needs to maximize profitability. Responsibilities :

  • Drive the product and pricing strategy in support of corporate goals and objectives.
  • Initiate and lead the research, development and launch of products / services, and the creation of a product life cycle process.
  • Provide market intelligence research and analysis to make recommendations on product and service offerings and pricing
  • Work with marketing colleagues to identify and understand and support the product / service needs of key member-owner segments as identified in aligning with corporate goals and strategies.
  • Provide product and financial knowledge while developing strong partnerships with key partners
  • Provide leadership and promote team development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications :

  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or finance.
  • 10+ years of experience in products / pricing in positions with deep understanding of customer behavior and competitive trends.
  • Ability to understand financial banking systems is necessary.
  • Understanding of technology architecture and data analytics in banking, and apply and transform "data" first into "information" and then into "actionable intelligence".
  • Ability to develop and implement short-term and long-term product strategic growth plans according to corporate objectives.
  • Ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders at different levels while delivering insights and leading projects.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
