We seek a detailed oriented, entrepreneurial Operations Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate demonstrates comprehensive ownership over the supply chain and customer service helping maximize margin performance.
The individual plays a critical role in helping to build, manage and optimize systems that strengthen our value proposition supported by an understanding of the customer journey.
The role requires acute organization and attention to detail to efficiently contribute value to our offering for partners and customers alike.
Working directly with the Director of Ecommerce this role is paramount to the success of BBTV’s Merchandising platform.

Aptly support the eCommerce team by implementing various store / product initiatives
Full management of vendor relationships and an accompanying end to end processes
Monthly settlement of vendor invoices and receiving reports
Buying and inventory management
2+ years of procurement and sourcing flow and responsibilities
Communicate with the team on deliverable status, project efficiencies and issue resolution
Build and monitor SEO optimization tools for the roster of online stores
Balance simultaneous projects, evaluate workload and prioritize based on department goals
Work closely with Customer service team on end to end process for issue resolution
Define and redefine service tools and use case outlines including return policy
Establish Service protocols with new suppliers
Manage customer chargebacks and related financial / logistical inefficiencies
Evaluate, expand and retain a network of manufacturing and 3PL partners
Work independently utilizing department tools / resources to accomplish tasks and projects
Effectively manage the day to day contact with multiple supply partners on deliverables.
Ownership of online store environment and fulfilment systems.
Maintain working knowledge of garment industry standards including print and finishing techniques
Actively manage Vendor Analysis seeking and improving the network of product solutions.
Define and deliver department playbook for growth across distribution channels.
Manage department reporting including data for weekly meetings
Enhance department efficiency by providing support on special projects as assigned
Contribute to the development of store support offerings (apps, resources, etc.)
Maintain high working knowledge of store projects and product strategies
Actively participate in a department meeting and discussion with talent management
Effectively execute and drive assigned projects through to completion
Provide support to department Project Coordinator as required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management or related field.
3-5 years of experience with a consumer brand or agency.
Buying and inventory management is a must.
Experience working in Ecommerce platform a plus - Shopify, Magento, Big Cartel
Project management skills with experience using Asana, Jira, Wrike or related solution.
Proficiency in analytical and project tools including Microsoft Excel and relevant Google business applications
Understanding of SEO dynamics and functionality
Hands-on operations and / or inventory management experience in a brick and mortar and / or online retail environment.
Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with a high proficiency creating and managing a suite of integrated system tools.
Proven track record of managing and executing large projects from start to finish, and effectively communicating recommendations.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously.
Excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done.
Support Sales and Marketing decisions via in-depth understanding and implementation of developed tools.
Development of relevant reporting suite including sales / market data for team meetings.
A true team player comfortable being the focus of a group who also works independently.
