The Role

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will perform a multi-faceted role which will develop and execute the overarching digital media strategy and planning for our consumer campaigns.

With a pent up market ready to go, you will be comfortable being on the tools as we continue our domestic push and prepare for our international return! Along with Contiki, you will also work across our Trafalgar and Costsaver brands.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing and working closely with the wider Marketing team and our Direct Sales team, this is a Full-Time role (flexible working options available between home and office).

  • Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
  • Alongside the Head of Marketing, define the regional digital media strategy
  • Execute development of digital campaign creative alongside our in house Digital Designer and developer
  • Direct management and execution of paid media plans that support global and regional consumer direct and brand campaigns across following areas;
  • Paid Social prospecting and remarketing (Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat)
  • Display marketing with DV 360
  • Management of SEM campaigns with internal agency
  • Produce weekly digital reports including channel activity and site usage
  • Ensure regional consumer websites and pages are kept up to date, briefing global teams on changes to landing pages. Identify tests and optimisations alongside global teams, implementing CRO tests.
  • Fix or report website content and technical issues as required

  • Maintain knowledge of new digital channels, researching and testing to optimise online conversion
  • The Superstar

    You will be passionate about all things digital with a hunger for continuous improvement, always on the look out for ways to stay ahead of the curve in the ever changing digital landscape.

  • The ideal candidate will;
  • Bring a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role, with the results to back it up
  • Be confident in the development of strategy, management and delivery of successful campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience with Facebook Business Manager
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of site testing, analytics and optimisation
  • Have experience with Google Marketing Stack (Google Analytics, DV360, DCM etc)
  • Be comfortable with CMS platforms and email delivery platforms (Sitecore and Salesforce marketing cloud experience preferable)
  • Candidates with previous digital agency experience and / or a travel and tourism background will be highly regarded.
