What you will be doing :

Ownership of all things Sales

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Support the sales team in their career development and ensure they have the tools and resources to perform their job
  • Oversee and review the sales process with Sales Executives with their current and prospective clients
  • Provide coaching and performance management when needed with the sale team
  • Champion the development of sales collateral including product demos
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands our client base
  • Represent the sales viewpoint to senior leadership and across other groups and departments within the company
  • Create a positive first impression of Frozen Mountain for potential clients
  • Research, prospect and qualify leads and work closely with others at Frozen Mountain to close the deal.
  • Present and deliver sales and product information to potential clients
  • Provide flexible service to support prospects all over the world
  • Represent Frozen Mountain in a highly professional manner to potential clients
  • Interact with client leadership and demonstrate an understanding of their needs
  • Quickly learn all about our product and the industry that we're in.
  • Working with marketing on qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining a HubSpot list / database of prospect clients
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • The must-haves :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to comfortably cold call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, professional and friendly demeanor
  • Self-motivated and self-directed - able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • 4-6 years of B2B sales experience
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies / concepts quickly
