If so, we want YOU to join our E-Commerce Marketing team!The eCommerce Content Specialist is a newly created position to help us grow our e-commerce sales within our Boys and Preschool GBUs with brands such as PAW Patrol, Bakugan, Monster Jam, and more.
As a valued member of the E-Commerce Marketing team position will work cross-functionally in a highly visible role to plan, create, and execute best-in-class online marketing content across numerous different sales channels.
This role will be responsible for aiding the process to convert online shoppers into buyers through informative, creative, and dynamic product content, and requires a deep understanding of the ongoing changes of online consumer behavior.
Using experience in driving website traffic, cultivating leads, and turning site visitors into buying customers this role will be an integral part of our company’s growth in the online marketplace.
What we can expect from you :
Write / edit clear, concise, clean, and SEO optimized copy for new online accounts with a focus on Amazon.com listings as well as existing listings
Optimize copy on frequent basis to incorporate new keywords into copy for best searchability
Create compelling A+ / Enhanced product detail pages with GIFs and video content
Management of all related content within content management system (Salsify)
Collaborate with photography and brand teams to ensure best-in-class product / lifestyle imagery
Work with translation team members to ensure international translations are created where needed to support ecommerce initiatives and growth with affiliate offices and countries
Create and design Amazon Brand Stores adhering to brand style guides updating on a seasonal basis or as required
Work with brand teams to provide insights into ecommerce opportunities and challenges within their product lines
Prepare, analyze, and communicate reports to sales and internal teams regarding results of digital and e-commerce initiatives
Regular communication with IT / Sales / Marketing / Photography
Provide backup support for management of website content systems
Attend sales summits and toy fairs as required
Handle multiple and competing priorities and assignments
Other duties as assigned
Who’s a good fit for this team :
Expert copywriting skills and SEO certified with a focus on Amazon
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Helium 10, Syndigo / Webcollage
Experience with content management tools and marketing automation programs
Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities and assignments
Experience with various Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience with SAP and Salsify
