What is the opportunity?

As Vice President / Associate, Digital Business Development you will create, drive and help prioritize commercial opportunities for our digital platform.

This role can be based at Vice President / Associate level depending on the candidate's experience and skills.

What will you do?

  • Help develop and maintain metrics that help senior leaders evaluate the digital platform
  • Create internally and externally facing decks to help educate stakeholders on our strategy and approach
  • Maintain a repository of materials & information that document our digital journey and can be used to educate senior leaders
  • Maintain a keen eye on industry trends and companies we should be looking to connect with
  • Contribute constructive feedback on the digital products being developed
  • Proactively engage stakeholders and over-communicate opportunities and potential risks as they come up
  • What do you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, investment baking, or financial technology
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate credibly and persuasively with the broader organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and verbal communication skills to demonstrate thought leadership
  • High degree of strategic and innovative thinking
  • Experience in driving business strategy and leading technology transformation
  • Must have ability to work comfortably across various functional teams
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
