You will build your story-telling and communication skills, while you uncover the answers to challenging questions though analysis of rich data from our leading PC Optimum program.

Located at our headquarters in Brampton at 1 Presidents Choice Circle, the Analyst will provide accurate, easy-to-use and timely data solutions to support analysis of customer data across PC Optimum.
You may also have the opportunity to support other unique projects and enterprise-wide analytical initiatives.

What will you be doing?
Translate business issues into actionable data analyses using various BI tools : SQL, Microstategy, Advanced Excel Extract, review and prepare sales and customer behavior data for analysis and reporting through scorecards, reports or presentationsWork collaboratively with various stakeholders in Product, Merchandising, Marketing and Operations on cross functional projects and initiativesActively identify and execute initiatives to improve process and data infrastructureAnalyze data to identify key insights and develop creative and fact-based recommendations that are actionable by the business
