Reporting to the Senior Manager, New Business Development
Are you an enthusiastic self-starter looking to join a growing team in the Automotive & Audio Entertainment Industry? SiriusXM Canada is seeking a Territory Program Manager, Affinity Partnerships Automotive Service.
Responsibilities include customer relationship development and management in all areas throughout assigned automotive service center locations.
This Territory Program Manager position carries the title of Program Manager and requires a valid Driver’s License and suitable vehicle for the role as required.
This territory also requires someone who is fluently Bilingual (English and French)
This position is a ROAD WARRIOR ROLE with travel within an assigned territory
Visit and enroll automotive service centers into specific programs across specified territories
Act as a liaison between the products and services offered by SiriusXM and assigned list of automotive service centers.
Educate shop personnel on benefits of SiriusXM programs and value provided to clients
Log daily sales activity and key contacts for scheduling and tracking purposes.
Follow-up / auditing to ensure proper sales activity is accurate and complete throughout region.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Level of Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Related Experience
Multi-unit experience in customer-facing industry preferred
Experience in automotive sector preferred
History of brand ambassadorship or promotional staff work an asset
Skills and Background
Automotive or field marketing experience; preferably automotive industry related, with proven track record of success
Self-starter who thrives in independent work situations
Excellent written and interpersonal skills
Well-versed in problem-solving and resourceful with respect to finding solutions
Projects self-confident, professional image
Excellent time management and organization skills
Strong communication skills, ability to motivate and direct others to meet targeted goals. Experience in the areas of product presence, training, sales incentives and category management.
Possession of valid driver’s license and suitable vehicle for role
Ability and willingness to travel within assigned district up to 5 days a week. This position is 50-80% travel within an assigned multi-province territory
