What is the opportunity?

You are a passionate, energetic, digital thinking & agile individual who will lead the Capital Markets Risk Reporting GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) platform.

As a self-driven, collaborative professional with excellent communication skills, this opportunity will involve global interaction with teams in New York, London UK, and Asia / Pacific, developing innovative solutions for business groups and technologists across Capital Markets.

You will have a high degree of autonomy and decisional authority to enhance and develop the platform.

What will you do?

  • Manage a dynamic team and budget for development efforts.
  • Develop and execute on the strategic roadmap to enhance our award winning platform.
  • Set strategic vision on architecture and lead the development of our GRC platform.
  • RESTful API development between internal and external systems, as well as traditional ETL approaches to build on Big Data data models.
  • Pioneer machine learning algos in the technology risk and controls assurance domains.
  • UI & UX Application development (web and desktop applications).
  • What do you need to succeed?

    Must-Have

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, staff and interact with senior management.
  • At least 2-4 years of C# / .NET and familiarity with Python / R experience.
  • Experience managing a team and overseeing Run The Bank Functions (RTB).
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas : Traditional Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Reinforcement Learning.
  • Solid project management skills; pragmatic and not idealistic we want solution people who deliver on their ideas.
  • Nice-to-have

  • Experience with RSA Archer GRC platform.
  • Familiarity with Deep Learning packages such as Tensorflow and PyTorch.
  • Exposure to or interest in one or more of the following areas : Hadoop platform, NoSQL, Spark, or cloud platforms.
  • Experience in the Technology Risk, Application Security or Information Security domains.
