The Pipeline Performance business unit focuses on protecting pipelines by using industry-leading technologies. It’s made up of four companies Bredero Shaw, Canusa-
CPS, Dhatec and Socotherm who together offer full-service support for our customers’ projects. They offer Advanced coating technologies and logistics services for maximum protection and throughput.

Responsible for the safe, efficient profitable operation of all pipe coating products and services at the Facility. Supervise and assign work to production personnel.
Plans and coordinates work of supervisors. Determine manpower requirements and schedule manpower. Train / develop employees and supervisors in the safe and efficient performance of their job duties through orientation and proper job instruction.
To ensure EHS training is provided to supervisory personnel. Ensure supervisors are competent and capableof managing EHS matters withinn their operational area of responsibility.
Implement maintain and enforce the HSE system and ISO. Meet the HSE objectives and targets set out in attaining the goals of the HSE system.
Communicagte changes to HSE systems and ensure eassociated practiceand procedures are adhered to and communicated to all relevant levels.
Recommend improvements in HSE practices and procedurs. To comply with all relevant legal requirements.
Coordinates maintainenance repairs with maintain personnel with minimum down time. Ensures raw materials and supplies are available for continuous production.
Close contact with Human Resources in order to comply with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Provides technical guidance to supervisors, maintenance, etc.
Special Skills : Organization skills, good communicator, effective coach, motivator, and performance manager. Problem solver and mechanical aptitude.
Leadership : : Monitoring, measurement adn evaluation of processes to ensure that they are achieving their intended outputs.
Ensuring the promotion of customer requirements and customer satisfaction throughout their area of responsibility. Ensuring the integrity of the Quality Management System is maintained..
Education : Community College (2 year Diploma in related field) with 3-5 years experience.
Complexity & Judgement : Employee problems (coaching, discipline, performance management). Equipment problems and raw material problems.
Schedulding problems and changeovers.
Decison Making : Manpower requirements, overtime requirements, firing personnel and promotion / demotions of personnel.
Accountability : Daily (production rates), monthly financial statements and operating reports. Annual performance appraisals.
Maintainance problems involving major costs and raw material problems and Quality Control problems.
Procedures : Quality Assurance Program, OHS Regulations, Collective Agreement, MSDS and Supplier specifications. Equipment an Operating procedures.
Working Conditions : Exposed to dus and chemical - 40%. Manual work required in training.
