Job Duties :

  • Receive inbound calls from customers who require service updates for their equipment
  • Take customer orders over the phone
  • Data enter customer information
  • Remind customers of new products and the need to replenish their orders
  • Requirements

  • 1 year of call centre experience
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Ability to work Full-time 8 hours shifts Mon-Fri scheduled between 7am and 8pm
  • Experience with SAP is an asset but not required.
