Maintains a close proximity to prominent account or market needs, industry and market trends and develops the growth strategy for targeted accounts, industries or specialties to ensure appropriate solutions are marketed and proposed to target new buyer hubs and expand the book of business internally to institutionalize key accounts.

Develops and monitors the project plan for various sales initiatives in various accounts ultimately ensuring timeframes are reasonable and abided by and products or solutions meet expectations.
Responsible for maintaining and growing relationships and ensuring overall service needs are met, addressing escalated issues and miscellaneous concerns to remain in positive standing with all existing and potential relationships and preserve credibility.
Engages senior, officer level colleagues in client organizations to sustain and enhance existing and future relationships.
Becomes a visible leader in an industry or specialty and actively participates in industry associations, organizations, boards and charities, as appropriate.
10 years + in commercial, industrial experience
Experience in sales / business development
