In response to its exponential growth, ellicom is looking for the best instructional designers to join its Montreal team.
As manager of the design process, the Instructional Designer will oversee the originality and quality of our instructional solutions.
They will use their expertise and theoretical knowledge to lead their team, act as an advisor to clients, and provide innovative design strategies.

Provide your instructional expertise to clients and take charge of projects as a training expert, from preparing the proposal to deploying and implementing the solution, including :
In addition to this responsibilities, the Instructional Designer will frequently interact with clients and subject-matter experts.
OUR NEWEST INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER
Five years of relevant experience minimum
A specialization (change management, mobile, simulation, assessment, etc.)
A degree in a related field (a Master’s degree is an asset)
Qualified with significant experience in instructional design (at least 5 years, plus experience in a role that requires client interaction) and university studies in a related field (Educational Technology, for example).
Good communicator with both clients, as part of needs analyses and any other interaction, as well as with internal collaborators, as part of their regular exchanges.
The designer is transparent and shares information to ensure that all parties involved are on the same page.
Results-oriented and able to navigate a variety of projects simultaneously while knowing how to find the balance between perfection and respecting budgets and timelines.
Leader with a reputation for being a leader and someone who can take on this role with both clients and their team.
Passionate and driven by their fundamental knowledge of theories and techniques in instructional design, their skills with online learning technologies (authoring tools, mobile, LMS, SCORM standards, etc.
