  • Respond to telephone, email and faxes inquiries from financial institutions in a pleasant, caring, professional and timely mannerInput Transactions for returned items as requested by various financial institutionsEnsure that customer service issues are handles in a timely and professional mannerProviding excellent customer service to all customers

    Qualifications

    You’re the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Bilingualism in English & French is mandatory
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal
  • Previous experience in clerical or customer service
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and oral skills in both languages required
  • Capacity to multi-task
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Great-to-have
