    As Administrative Coordinator , you will be a part of the Talent and Culture Service team. Your main responsibility will be to support our network’s international campuses .

    You will collaborate with the team to ensure best practices are applied, while considering the realities of the local international campuses.

    You will also offer support for the management of talent and culture programs and initiatives.

    Supervisor : Talent and Culture Service Manager

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide administrative support in the implementation of talent and culture management programs and initiatives related to performance management, SMART objectives management, new employee integration, professional development, as well as employee recognition and engagement;
  • Work directly with local managers on any talent management-related questions, and take into account and monitor the local campus’s challenges and realities;
  • Help implement and improve Talent and Culture processes and procedures, such as onboarding-offboarding, recruitment and annual evaluations;
  • Inform campuses about Talent and Culture Service’s practices and help them with our systems (Taleo, Intranet);
  • Offer any required support for our various systems (guides, training and presentation PPTs);
  • Coordinate Talent and Culture’s calendar activities (annual evaluations, bonuses, salary reviews, new employee survey, We’re All Ears Survey);
  • Make sure each campus is holding follow-up meetings and update Talent and Culture Service management on them;
  • Help write various documents, policies, procedures, letters, etc.
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field;
  • Trilingual (French, English and Spanish);
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • An intellectual curiosity and drive to stay abreast of industry trends;
  • Very organized and autonomous;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Working knowledge of an HRIS, preferably Taleo (asset).
