The Role :

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all incoming personnel
  • Maintain the company email account
  • Answering and directing calls using a multi-line switchboard (150 calls per day)
  • Maintain and update the company website
  • Formatting, editing and compiling company letters adhering to policy standards
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and booking meeting rooms
  • Coordinating with all staff to maintain an up to date master schedule, training records and job descriptions
  • Arranging for courier pick up and drop off
  • Delegating tasks to the Summer students
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Other administrative duties
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • 1+ years' experience as a Receptionist or admin
  • Professional image, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills while working with minimal supervision
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Leadership and delegation skills
  • Ability to master new areas of work covering / summarizing complex technical details
