8pm In this role, you will be responsible for : Overseeing the performance and activities of the Client Services department Providing coaching, assistance, training when required Ensuring service level is up to standard Making recommendations for changes and oversee implementation Managing schedule, attendance, vacation requests, etc.
Generating various administrative reports Any other duties as required The ideal candidate will have : Fluently bilingual in both French / English, written and verbal 3+ years of operations or supervisory experience 5+ years of financial industry experience or insurance Strong management / coaching skills Superior working knowledge of MS Office IFIC and / or CSC certification a strong asset Please note : A complete background check (credit and criminal) will be performed on the selected candidate.
