Year-round resort destination in Ontario's picturesque countryside is looking for an experienced Banquet Chef. The primary responsibility of the Banquet Chef is to provide the necessary coverage and leadership to the culinary operations with all the banquet kitchens and ancillary outlets as well as providing support and leadership in the absence of the Executive Sous Chef.
90% of the work-load is hands on kitchen work 10% of the work load is administrative consisting of scheduling, ordering and HR related duties.
