This role will appeal to an experienced technology professional seeking a fast paced and exciting environment to expand their impact and career.

The ideal candidate will : (a) Devise strategy and process to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal references(b) Globally curate and disseminate internal customer references to help advance opportunities (c) Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing and other functions to create and communicate compelling win / loss analysis Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customer facing functions to curate reference customers for 1 : 1 peer-to-peer phone calls, value validation, RFP listings, etc
  • Support Sales teams and help advance opportunities by aligning customers to speak with peers and prospects
  • Manage and prioritize multiple requests for customer references and insights
  • Maintain Reference Management database and analytics are current with customer information, including tracking reference requests, usage and outcomes.
  • Enable Sales Teams with training, guidance and content to leverage available resources and tools
  • Curate and communicate win / loss analysis studies to internal stakeholders
  • Provide metrics and reporting on program and usageRequirements
  • 5-10 years experience with sales, sales operations, or account management in technology or marketing environment
  • Ability to multi-task, management of time sensitive and high-priority requests
  • Ability to work well collaborating across all levels of the organization and as part of a global cross-functional team
  • Reliable, self starter with strong attention to detail. Embraces new challenges
  • Independent, and comfortable working in fast paced environment
  • Excellent multi level relationship management, communication and strategic communication skills
  • Professional presence and poise to navigate relationships with external customers
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with an outgoing personality
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency with ReferenceView and Salesforce.com
