The Heart and Stroke Foundation
Life. We don’t want you to miss it.™
That’s why Heart & Stroke leads the fight against heart disease and stroke. Powered by donors and volunteers, we fund life-
saving research and help Canadians lead healthier lives.
Heart & Stroke is a health charity active in communities across the country. We are sustained by the commitment and generosity of more than 100,000 volunteers and more than 1.4 million donors.
Being part of Heart & Stroke means being part of a dynamic, committed team. It’s stimulating, challenging, and hugely rewarding.
We are seeking a creative, hands-on individual with strong analytic and applied research skills to advance the Foundation’s strategic results framework.
We not only strive to track the "bottom line," but also to evaluate and learn from the process of getting there.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the day-to-day implementation of our results framework. With guidance from the Director, you will build the roadmap, tools, processes and related materials for strengthening organizational performance measurement.
You will work collaboratively with programs leads across the Foundation to ensure that outcomes data is captured, reported and interpreted in timely ways that enhances capacity and effectiveness, informs program improvements, and leads to greater social impact.
You will also contribute to strategic initiatives that span our entire organization. You will use a theory of change approach to help navigate complexity, conceptualize project designs, and map the conditions that accelerate and scale impact through future initiatives.
Supporting cross-functional and senior management teams, you will foster a culture of learning and innovation across the organization, as well as gain broad experience and exposure to unique challenges and opportunities in the social sector.
