Tasks to be Accomplished

  • Track and manage the status of Sales Capture Plan reports quarterly
  • Administrator for Web-Ex funnel collection in preparation of weekly forecast reports Daily funnel review and Opportunity Reference # (ORN) assignments to new forecast opportunities Generating monthly Sales Funnel Reports
  • Management of the order desk and maintain a valid order receipt and acceptance log Act as liaison between Contracts, Sales, and Program Management during the closure stage of a sale Provide timely updates to the Demand organization related to these orders
  • Generation of internal purchase requisitions for customer spec builds and acts as secondary Program Manager to facilitate program execution until Customer Order received
  • Product time fence monitoring to ensure timely spec build releases to the shop floor Generation of Long Lead material buys requisition and obtaining approvals
  • Provide assistance (including monitoring, expediting and reporting of action status) to the Sales organization to facilitate the Sales planning process of Sales and Operations planning
  • Sales and MarCom operating budgets - monthly collection, analyzing and consolidation and reporting on budget discrepancies as required
  • Act as the alternative point of contact for the acting Demand Manager
  • Assist Demand Manager in the preparation of reports for L-3 Wescam’s orders forecast for senior leadership and finance department
  • Work with CSG Demand on Forecast consolidation to ensure there is no duplicate accounting
  • Coordination of the weekly Sales Forecast Status meeting
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve customer service issues and provide solutions
  • Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency (advanced user) of MS Excel (complex spreadsheets), MS Word , MS PowerPoint (MS Office)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player attitude, ability to develop strong working relationships with Sales Account Managers and MarCom staff
  • Ability to quickly acquire sound knowledge of company products and services
  • Familiar with company business processes (CSI’s, QAP’s)
  • Familiar with Quality Management Standards (ISO 9001, AS9100)
  • Able to achieve problem resolution through interaction with customers, internal process owners and Customer Care Review Board (CCRB) members
  • Good organizational, project management, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience & Education Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience
  • College graduate or equivalent experience
