What is the opportunity?
This is a Scrum Master / Project Manager position at Royal Bank. People in our group lead and deliver technology projects for the RBC Wealth Management and related lines of business and for the operations teams that support these lines of business.
A Scrum Master enables an RBC scrum team to run a medium-to-complex Agile development process that aligns with business and technical needs.
The Scrum Master is a key role within an Agile delivery team that delivers a product that generates business benefits for one or more RBC lines of business.
What will you do?
solving and the development of new solutions or approaches to ongoing challenges; have the authority to execute against new approaches and escalate issues through business and / or IT channels where necessary.
facilitate status updates, product demos and retrospectives.
practical experience with any of the key disciplines required in Agile delivery (e.g. software development, business system analysis
outstanding verbal and written communication skills
