In this role, as a key member of our TELUS Health team, you will be responsible for the effective onboarding of new client business.

You will support the Manager of Learning Services in strategic design and development of learning programs for unique clinic implementations where custom learning programs are required.

You’ll act as consultative liaison and subject matter expert (SME) as well as logistical support to a team of Learning Specialists operating in the field.

Your work will be crucial to the success of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform within TELUS Health!

Here's how

  • Master schedule for ensuring Learning Specialists are scheduled according to geographic location and availability, and that adequate travel time is incorporated during work hours
  • Act as liaison and advocate with Sales team and Project Intake Manager to set realistic training expectations
  • Ensure client readiness for Learning Services
  • Support the client relationship management for learning plans and statement of completion reports
  • Learning advisory and support to the Learning team in the field and in the office
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders at varying levels of seniority to understand objectives / strategies and desired results from learning opportunities
  • Coordinate and manage the Learning tools, such as computer equipment, client workbook documentation, CVENT and / or WebEx accounts, and others as required
  • Qualifications

    You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Capable of supporting change management principles in learning environments where end users are critical to the success and adoption of the implementation
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Capable of communicating and presenting effectively, written & verbal, to multiple stakeholders at various levels, internally and externally
  • Strong assessment capabilities, facilitation and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records software implementation, preference given for TELUS EMRs
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in software training, combined with exposure to EMR solutions
  • University and / or technical school degree or and experience
  • Ability to travel when required and with a valid driver’s license
  • Great-to-have

  • CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) certification
