NV-10As a Product Owner, Digital Assistance Solutions, you assume a leadership role when interacting with the various stakeholders concerning files and projects that involve innovative, strategic and complex input and development.

The nature of the files requires in-depth and extensive expertise in your field.

You make recommendations on the development and delivery of files and projects with a high degree of operational and conceptual complexity.

These require analysis and a comprehensive, detailed understanding of the business and the organization. Coordination is critical, so you interact with various stakeholders who work in a range of fields of expertise.

You therefore need highly developed interpersonal skills.

You serve as a specialized advisor and subject matter expert in your field, and act as a contact for decision making bodies.

The product owner (PO) is responsible for the development and evolution of their product according to their clients’ needs and market orientations.

More specifically, they create and maintain user stories in order to prioritize their product backlog. In this way, the product owner translates the product’s vision into specific objectives, enabling the team to develop functionalities that offer the best return on investment.

Additional responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the performance and profitability of their product
  • Define the product’s vision, orientations, functionalities and UX presentation
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ needs
  • Establish the priorities for functionality development
  • Document user stories
  • Develop acceptance criteria to be used by the development team to evaluate their success
  • Motivate the team by proposing clear objectives
  • Act as a guru expert for the product
