The Challenge : Business Intelligence Analyst, CRM
Working under the supervision of the Vice-President Sales and Marketing and based out of our Sherbrooke or Longueuil office, your primary role is to optimize SherWeb’s CRM tool and continually adapt it to our business processes.
You will also analyze the tool’s impact on the sales and marketing department, and recommend ways to improve its use.
Specifically, you will manage and analyze the data SherWeb collects on its customers, such as sales records, purchasing history, types of purchases, service history, product requests, exposure and response to marketing campaigns, and channel preferences.
You will also use your analytical skills to identify major trends and to find correlations between this data.
You will be asked to :
Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, resolve potential conflicts, break high-level information into meaningful details, and identify requests from sales and marketing users according to the underlying need
Define and apply data entry standards. Create reports for the sales and marketing team, including product managers, to help them make more effective decisions
Provide ongoing support and training to users of the CRM tool; create and update content in the CRM training programs
Serve as an intermediary between the Executive Committee, sales and marketing teams, the development team and the subcontracting CRM consulting firm
Conduct various analyzes upon request of the Sales Manager or Vice President of Sales
Define and apply data entry standards
Perform other related tasks
You have a background that is similar to this :
University degree in administration or marketing, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position within a high technology company
Experience with a CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
Bilingualism (English / French), both written and spoken, is essential
Excellent understanding of the sales and marketing process and strong business sense
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of Power BI, an asset
