Responsabilités (ne se limitant pas aux descriptions suivantes)

  • Représenter Mammoet de façon professionnelle et respectueuse.
  • Éclairer la clientèle au sujet des services offerts par Mammoet.
  • Développer et maintenir les relations d’affaires avec la clientèle.
  • Utiliser les informations et données pour en adapter les ventes (Fact base selling)
  • Accroître et favoriser les opportunités de soumissionner.
  • Créer des présentations de ventes & marketing et les présenter avec aisance devant un auditoire variant d’une personne à un comité complet.
  • Communiquer confortablement avec les personnes, autant aux hauts dirigeants qu’au personnel de terrain.
  • Interaction quotidienne avec des chefs de file de l’industrie
  • Gestion efficace du CRM pour assurer une information précise et de qualité pouvant être utilisée aux fins de prévisions et budgets.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements des opérations, de l’ingénierie et du marketing.
  • Identifier les opportunités additionnelles durant les processus de soumissions.
  • Communiquer de façon efficace avec tous les intervenants afin d’assurer une exécution optimale et rigoureuse.
  • Assurer un suivi auprès de la clientèle après l’exécution des travaux pour maintenir une relation forte et professionnelle.

    Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Represents Mammoet in a professional, respectful manner
  • Educates clients about the services performed by Mammoet
  • Fact base selling
  • Actively prospects new business
  • Develops and maintains strong business relationships
  • Creates sales and marketing presentations for audiences ranging from a single person to an entire boardroom
  • Comfortable communicating with all people, field to executive
  • Daily face to face interaction with industry leaders
  • Effectively manage CRM for accurate, timely information, forecast accuracy
  • Provides custom solutions
  • Partner with estimating, engineering, marketing, business relations and operations
  • Identify additional values and sales during the bidding stage
  • Excellent communication with all stakeholders to ensure accurate, detailed execution
  • Follow up during and after the execution of the projects to maintain strong professional relationships and look for new opportunities

    Expérience & Éducation

  • 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie de la construction au Québec
  • Diplôme d’études universitaire (1er cycle)
  • Expérience dans la gestion des bases de données CRM
  • Connaissances intermédiaires de la suite Office (Word et Excel)
  • Education / Experience

  • Bachelor and or Master’s degree in Business or a Mechanically related field is an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regional sales position
  • Technical Skills

  • Experience managing CRM database
  • An intermediate knowledge of MS office programs such as Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of and / or previous exposure to the heavy lift and transport industry is an asset

    About our region

    This will be a full-time position operating within the Montreal and surrounding area. The ability to provide suitable home office space is required.

    Occasional travel will be required.
