What is the opportunity?
Working within the DNA (Data N Analytics) team, to provide technical services and support for application testing, pre-production verification, and production support.
You will partner with existing support team members, as well as numerous Lines of Business and will be a key player in providing technical support for file processing, data access, performance and process optimization.
You will perform analysis required to provide timely resolution of technical issues, to maintain business partner Service Level Agreements.
You will also provide direction, expertise, feedback, coaching and development to build the capability of more junior staff and continually enhance your skills and build knowledge in all aspects of the Hortonworks platform and RBC organization.
