POSITION DESCRIPTION

SweetIQ is growing and we are seeking passionate, driven, customer-centric individuals to join our Customer Success team.

As a key player, the Customer Success Manager is the link between our customers and internal teams. Our tightly knit collaboration with sales, fulfillment and development teams within the organization leads to an engaging customer experience and an agile, innovative working environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders by becoming their strategic partner and Local Marketing expert
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure utmost customer satisfaction and product delivery
  • Be the communications lead during client onboarding and training as well as the ongoing technical and strategic support
  • Provide regular and timely performance reviews and proactively identify opportunities for growth in each account
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • You are passionate, innovative and seek to deliver a world class customer experience
  • You have 2-3 years post sales experience working with B2B accounts
  • You have a proven track record of driving customer engagement, revenue retention and growth within your assigned portfolio of clients
  • You are analytical with an ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations for our clients
  • You are a thoughtful, dynamic communicator and active listener with the ability to present and influence efficiently at all levels
  • You have experience delivering high quality solutions, manage multiple projects at a time, all while prioritizing utmost attention to detail
  • You are entrepreneurial with a keen sense of initiative, and you take charge of your professional development to stay ahead of market trends
  • EDUCATION

    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
