Are you interested in a clinical role that involves the delivery of assessment and intervention services for clients as well as leadership of our clinical team?
We are currently looking for a Director of Clinical Services; this is a full-time position starting September 1, 2018. This is a salary position that is eligible for benefits.
The Director of Clinical Services reports to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities Include :
Direct Provision of Services to Clients
Participate as a member of our multidisciplinary team of psychologists, educators and pediatricians.
Provide assessment and intervention services for children and adults experiencing learning and / or attention difficulties
Management and Development of Clinical Services
Clinical Supervision and leading HR for the clinical services team
Leadership, part of the Management Team
Liaising with staff involved in programs / intervention / professional development
Budget development and monitoring
Fund development and proposals
Evaluation of assessment service
Representing CanLearn in the community
Doctoral degree preferred
Registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) (minimum of five years)
Proven leadership skills
Previous experience working with children and / or adults with learning and attention difficulties
Proficiency in psychological assessment and training in psychometric assessment, i.e., practica, coursework
Excellent track record in working in a team environment
Excellent oral and written communications skills
