Lock Search Group is a leading recruiting firm and we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who is a global leader in the Consumer Goods and Retail space.

Our client is in need of a Bilingual Account Associate to add to their Canadian head office in Markham.

In this role, you would be responsible for helping to manage relationships with retailers by responding to questions about orders, shipments, products, and addressing any of their issues / complaints.

You would also provide support to the sales department.

This is an ideal role to break into the consumer goods industry and get your foot in the door with a well-known branded company and this role can act as a stepping stone into any other department!

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide top tier customer service to clients to address their needs and needs
  • Answer all incoming calls and emails in a fast, efficient, and effective manner
  • Input and process client orders, address questions about delivery times, tracking order status, assist with cancellations, etc
  • Create strong relationships with client accounts and fellow team members
  • Consistently follow up with accounts to ensure that they are receiving top service
  • Maintain a strong product knowledge to best address client questions and educate them
  • Understand client’s specific needs to better suggest products / upsell / provide replacement options
  • Assist with projects to aid in process improvements
  • Develop a strong proficiency in using company order process systems, policies, procedures and SOPs
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • University Degree or College Diploma
  • MUST be bilingual in English and French verbal French is more important than written
  • 1+ years of previous customer service experience, ideally within the Consumer Goods space, but recent grads are also welcome
  • Experience with order entry is an asset
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong multitasking and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with problem solving skills and the ability to leverage data
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), and any CRM systems
  • COMPENSATION :
  • $18 / hour
  • $18 / hour
  • 40-hour work week
