Apple is looking for a high calibre, committed consultative recruiting professional to lead all corporate recruiting initiatives supporting multiple disciplines and business organizations.

Key Qualifications

  • Experienced in recruiting all aspects of corporate recruiting including, but not limited to : sourcing, networking, qualifying, screening, assessing, managing relationships with hiring teams and business partners, offer negotiation, awareness of relevant employment laws and employment market trends.
  • Demonstrable track record of direct sourcing of candidates
  • Skilled in working with senior business leaders, supporting and guiding them on hiring needs
  • A deep understanding of the core functions of Sales and Operations coupled with an enthusiasm to learn and engage with new business teams.
  • This experience should be gained from working either in or partnering with these functional areas.

  • Strong project management skills and comfort with providing timely and clear reporting of progress and roadblocks
  • A mix of in-house and agency / executive search experience is preferred
  • Minimum of 6+ years recruiting experience or 8+ years of related / mixed experience
  • Required : fluency in English; and French is preferred

    In this role you will engage with the functional business leaders and HR business partners in Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams as their creative and consultative recruiting partner.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE : - You will expertly lead the full cycle hiring process from role definition through direct sourcing, assessment and closing -

    You will partner with business leaders to assess their recruiting needs and anticipate future needs - You will have a pulse on the trends in Real Estate & Development and the dynamics of the candidate pool.

    Share this information with your business partners and modify your hiring strategy to best take advantage - You will be the recruitment subject matter expert, who continually demonstrates creative sourcing strategies -

    You will work consistently to ensure a great candidate experience - You will navigate and overcome any roadblocks in the hiring process through effective use of time and resources YOU WILL DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES : -

    Education
