The Opportunity : Salesforce Director - Montreal

Our Consulting & Deals group is seeking a Salesforce Director for our Enterprise Applications - Salesforce Practice.

In this role, you will use your knowledge and related experience to create global solutions, enterprise technical design, best practices and implementation of the Salesforce.

com suite of products to enterprise clients. The candidate is expected to have core consulting skills combined with leading competencies.

Requirements : Business Development

Business Development

  • Prior experience driving strategic roadmaps and direction for Enterprise applications within the Consulting arena
  • Previous business development experience within the EBU (Enterprise Business Unit) market, and ability to drive business growth.
  • Work with the account team to uncover target accounts’ business issues
  • Surface new ideas and service opportunities relevant to target issues
  • Identify, develop and win significant bids and pursuits to meet defined sales targets
  • Coach, guide and assist team members, as appropriate, in preparation for client meetings, presentations and proposals
  • Consult with account team and engagement partner on pricing strategy
  • Project Delivery

  • Solid Project Management background within the and Cloud Technology solutions arena.
  • A minimum of 5 years working with (SFDC)
  • Demonstrates proven intimate knowledge of and success in roles with assisting large employers on the performance improvement of their Sales, Service and Marketing organizations, emphasizing the following areas :
  • Understanding and solving business and technology challenges related to the implementation of CRM technologies, delivering Enterprise Social platforms, and designing and developing platform based applications that meet client business needs;
  • Leveraging acumen to understand underlying client business problems, while developing and delivering Salesforce technology-
  • enabled solutions that addresses the identified issues. This includes understanding the sales, service and marketing functions within the organization and how the technology will help streamline organizational needs


  • Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor’s degree
  • Degree(s) Preferred : Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas
  • Certification(s) Preferred : Certified Administrator, and / or Certified Developer, Salesforce.

  • Demonstrates leadership expertise as it pertains to a global business advisory consulting services firm, including the following areas :
  • Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and / or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management;
  • Leveraging industry knowledge and analytical skills, especially as it relates to project management and project facilitation;
  • Leading and / or facilitating teams and develop client proposals, leveraging extensive business development and relationship management know-how;
  • Identifying and addressing client needs : developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities;
  • preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection;
  • Leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation;
