The Assistantt Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall department which includes financial results, profitability, merchandising, brand standards execution, customer service standards and the training and development of the department team.

The Assistant Manager supports the Manager to plan and execute strategies to drive sales and performance as well as ensuring operational processes are in place and adhered to.

Is responsible for creating a dynamic shopping experience which incorporates the corporate visual direction, fashion trend statements, visual presentation and promotional events to support the scale of full priced merchandise and the overall profitability of the department.

The Assistant Manager supports the Manager to backroom management and also the health and safety within the department and surrounding areas.
