We are looking for a versatile, energetic self-starter who has a background in technical consulting, software deployment or internal support desk.
The Technical Implementation and Integration Analyst will be responsible with helping our clients successfully implement and integrate with our software applications, including our Risk, Feedback, Surveillance and Infection modules.
What you will be doing :
Perform system installations and upgrades of RL Solutions products
Configure and troubleshoot RL Solutions product components
Manage multiple technical projects at various stages of implementation
Work within several project teams and lead the technical aspects for each implementation
Work with director and manager-level client counterparts to consult, set expectations and deliver in a professional and effective manner
Coordinate software delivery, preparation, installation, configuration and system validation
Provide timely technical support and be a point of technical contact during the implementation phases
Build scripts / tools / automation for process efficiency
Required Experience :
University Degree in business or a technical field
Experience with Microsoft SQL Script writing
Hands-on experience with configuration and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 / 2012 / 2014
Hands-on experience with Windows PC / Server 2012 configuration including OS, Web Browsers and peripheral devices
Three plus years of hands-on Healthcare data analysis in a hospital setting preferred
Required Skills :
Solid understanding of IIS and web application deployment
Solid understanding of Active Directory and LDAP integration
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Working experience with VM’s and setting up environments
Proficiency with writing TSQL statements
Proficiency with reading and writing XSLT
Ability to troubleshoot network access issues, including routing and firewall configuration issues
Ability to learn clinical protocols and formats
Troubleshooting Browser issues
Nice skills to have :
Understanding of JSON / XML
Experience working with HL7
