  • Work with the CEO, Territory Directors and internal stakeholders to establish key goals and metrics for success in promotion of LMC Services
  • Design, implement and manage physician outreach and business development programs to increase awareness of LMC services and drive patient referrals.
  • Targets include but are not limited to :

  • Physicians and physician clinics
  • Family Health Teams
  • Community health centres
  • Pharmacies
  • Hospitals and long-term care facilities
  • Engage with physicians, though office visits, face to face meetings planned and / or impromptu education and phone calls as necessary.
  • Participate in the development of marketing strategies to drive referrals
  • Assist in the design of promotional material, delivery of Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and other corporate activities
  • Provide continuous environmental scanning and feedback on issues, trends and developments in the medical community and broader health systems and communicate customer insight to LMC Leadership
  • Develop and record metrics to guide effort and resource allocation
  • Analyze monthly referral data and weekly wait lists, to identify opportunities for growth and / or prioritize geographies.
  • Electronic reporting accountability via Salesforce to include : weekly schedule, daily visits, pertinent visit details;
  • summarize activity and results on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis

  • Develop, manage and report business development budget with internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Health Promotion or a related field
  • 2-3 years of outside sales, cold calling, prospecting and presentation experience
  • Experience and proficiency with Salesforce is an asset
  • Required to have a valid Drivers licence and a personal vehicle.
