going individual to join the team as a . The successful candidate will be energetic, dynamic and detail orientated. Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to, customer service, selling cards, cash handling, calling games, and completing detailed paperwork all while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees and guests.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Sell cards and help to complete any duties in preparation for bingo games
  • Welcome, educate and serve the customers promptly professionally and positively
  • Assist with floor sales, call backs, special tables and clean up during events
  • Check the lights, monitors ect. before starting to ensure all equipment is functioning
  • Check with the Bingo Coordinator for the schedule in place for that session
  • Verifies and processes jackpots, short pays, cancelled credits and hand-pays; makes change; clears tilts and jams
  • Monitor and maintain all bingo machines and equipment
  • Monitoring the gaming floor for irregular or suspicious activities and report to the manager
  • Maintain general awareness of bingo gaming floor at all times
  • Maintain a supply of the necessary products and promptly sell to players
  • Comply with security policies and procedures in order to secure company assets.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Comply with safety procedures including use of required safety equipment and identify unsafe practices or conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
  • Successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications :

  • Strong verbal, written communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge of Bingo rules and operations is considered an asset
  • Proven excellent guest service and people skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance, strong interpersonal skills

  • Candidates must be ready and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. The hours of work will be based on guest and business needs.
