The Telesales Agent at SinglePoint is a professional, responsible, and goal-orientated individual who handles both in-bound and out-
bound calls with a high degree of customer service and sensitivity.
Provide outbound telemarketing services in a professional manner using approved scripting
Successful and proactive sales and marketing of client brand and opportunity to potential service vendors
Send correspondence to service vendors to fulfill any outstanding requests
Track out of business service vendors
Responsible for achieving assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets
Handle each call with a high level of professionalism and respect while ensuring the needs of the customer and business are satisfied
Compliance of strict guidelines regarding privacy and protection of consumer information
Track all outbound sales and capture specific customer and product details related to the call
Develop strong customer relationships
Bring energy, enthusiasm and results to the Team
What Are We Looking For?
A committed individual who is willing to learn and grow within the business
Prior experience with customer service, sales, and marketing in a call center environment
An ability to work flexible shifts is a must
Great communication skills and command of the English language
Possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
Adept at building great customer relations
