The Role :

  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of the company's current products
  • Presenting and selling company products and services (all lines of life insurance and other products) to new and existing customers
  • Assisting with creating sales material to present to customers
  • Determining and implementing basic strategies / techniques to effectively counter competitive offers and educate customers on product comparisons
  • Attending training and development conferences on a regular basis
  • Consistently demonstrating ability to meet higher performance expectations
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • Willing to obtain LLQ Licensing
  • Outgoing, motivated and enthusiastic
  • Coachable and accountable
  • Ability to solve problems and develop ideas
  • Outstanding communications skills and strong relationship skills to work in a client centric setting
  • Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills, with the ability to work with spreadsheets and templates
