    Do you consider yourself highly-motivated and skilled? You may be the perfect candidate for a Data Entry Clerk position offered through OfficeTeam.

    We are searching for a data-driven veteran who pays great attention to detail and looking to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

    You will be expected to have developed intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have fast and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization?

    Then we have the Data Entry Specialist position for you. This short term temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Toronto, Ontario area.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

  • Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several source
  • Methodically review completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product
  • Perform searches on websites for information
  • Examine reports and sheets of data
  • Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
  • Create notes of tasks, files, and progress
  • Classify information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems Qualifications REQUIREMENTS :
  • Ability to multitask and deal with many documents at once
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals of all backgrounds
  • Adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • High typing accuracy and speed (60wpm+)
  • Previous experience with Data entry is desired
  • 1+ years of related office administration experience
