The Maintenance Person is responsible for general maintenance and repairs as well as preventative maintenance in guestrooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas.
The Maintenance Person will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills.
A minimum of one-year building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred. Good customer skills are also required.
Long hours on your feet required. Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
