You will be responsible for successfully leading and coordinating all activities associated with the facility management activities at the unit involving Hard and Soft FM services.
The services cover general building operations, high-voltage / switchgear power distribution, HVAC / mechanical maintenance, building fabric maintenance, vertical transportation, fire systems, mailroom & receiving services, waste management, space and move management, landscaping & grounds maintenance, snow removal & clearing, fitness centre, janitorial services, pest-
control, conference & event management, and out-of-scope initiative management. The key responsibilities include :
Maintain interface with customers and clients, ensuring total contract compliance with all criteria and reaching all performance metrics.
Develop new business solutions for sustained growth and effective day-to-day operations. Includes investigating opportunities in out of scope initiatives and to expand existing service or offer additional services to the client.
Ensure seamless integration and performance of services for all teams involved with the account success.
Manage sub-contractors to ensure quality and performance levels are met.
Coordinate and manage projects on time and within budget.
Demonstrate experience in managing and leading diverse team.
Growth and Development :
7+ years operational facilities leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience or accreditation in different facets of facilities including electrical, HVAC, construction, etc
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a diverse team
